Shipping & Order Status
All Orders are shipped directly from the Manufacturers in Livermore California Location. Most orders will ship Truck Freight- You may be contacted to check if your delivery location allows for truck delivery/Freight access. Some Products may ship UPS ground. The shipping method used is solely up to Manufacturer. Many of FFR FabWorks products are built to order, and ship accordingly. If the product ordered is not in stock you will be contacted with an approximate ship date.
Upon Order Confirmation, you will be contacted with a shipping date from one of our customer service representatives Via Email or Phone. Once you receive order confirmation- your order may not be cancelled. Orders may be cancelled prior to confirmation with no cancellation fee. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, The item would need to be received and returned at your expense. All Returned Products are subject to 20% Restocking Fee, Please see returns below.

Contact customer service to issue an Return Authorization number. All items returned must be within 30 days of the date of purchase and must be shipped freight prepaid. FFR FabWorks is not responsible for shipping costs of returned items, Customers are responsible for using existing packaging or re-packing your return. Damaged returned Items will not be accepted, please ensure your products are Packaged properly. Photo copy the original receipt for your personal records. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returned products. Refunds are issued same method as the original payment. There are no refunds or exchanges on any special ordered or Custom items. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, PERIOD
Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Quantity limits may apply to orders, including orders for discounted and promotional items. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing, typography, or photography errors. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed. These terms apply only to ALL products sold by FFR FabWorks.
Despite our best efforts, items on our web site may, on rare occasion, be mispriced. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
All products that are manufactured or distributed by FFR FabWorks have undergone thorough steps of quality control throughout the production, assembly, and packaging processes. FFR FabWorks offers no warranty on finishes and no items are refundable for an unsatisfactory finish. If any items are damaged in shipping, see UPS CLAIMS. Powder coat damage during shipping or installation is NOT COVERED.
FFR FabWorks is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. If a package appears to be damaged during shipping, the customer must notify the UPS driver or a UPS facility immediately before opening and start a claim. FFR FabWorks will not warranty any damages caused during shipping. Failure to immediately notify UPS can result in a loss of recourse to the damaged items.
FFR FabWorks warrants only parts and components that we manufacture or distribute to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle in which the products were originally installed. There is no warranty on any manufactured parts or components if they have been modified from their original design in any way. Copies of the original purchase receipt may be required to warrant any items. FFR FabWorks obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part at FFR FabWorks discretion. Components requiring warranty by outside suppliers may be subject to returning the item for inspection by the vendor. Each vendors warranty policy applies to these items. This warranty does not include reimbursement for shipping of the product to or from FFR FabWorks and DOES NOT include any costs incurred during down time of the vehicle or any other consequential losses.
All back orders remain on file and will be shipped upon availability. Notify your sales representative if you do not wish to have back ordered items held. All items are billed prior to shipment without notification
HAVE A PROFESSIONAL INSTALL YOUR NEW BUMPER IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH MODERATE AUTOMOTIVE DIY PROJECTS.
Bumpers and Winches are heavy! Be careful to protect yourself, your truck and bumper. always best to have at least one helper when removing or installing large parts
INSTALLATION CAN BE DONE BY MOST PEOPLE COMFORTABLE WITH DIY GARAGE / AUTOMOTIVE PROJECTS. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF YOUR ABILITY TO TAKE ON BUMPER REPLACEMENT WE RECOMMEND YOU TAKE TO A SHOP THAT CAN HELP (BODY SHOP OR CUSTOM SHOPS ETC)
IF APPLICABLE. MAKE SURE YOU PLAN FOR WINCH MOUNTING, CONTROLLER RELOCATION, POWER CABLE ROUTING. PLAN FOR LIGHTING MOUNTING, WIRE HARNESS ROUTING, AT LEAST AT BUMPER.
OUR BUMPERS ARE DESIGNED TO BE BOLT ON DIRECT REPLACEMENTS FOR STOCK VEHICLE BUMPERS.
DEPENDING ON MODEL, YOU WILL RE USE SOME OR ALL STOCK HARDWARE & BRACKETS, SOME MODELS MAY INCLUDE ADDITIONAL OR REPLACEMENT HARDWARE & BRACKETS. PLENTY OF ADJUSTMENT IS BUILT IN FOR FITTING & ALIGNING TO YOUR VEHICLE. ALWAYS INSTALL ON LEVEL GROUND AND ALLOW CLEARANCE FOR FRAME FLEX AT BODY, GRILL & HEADLIGHTS
SOME TRIMMING OF SPLASH SHIELDS IS USUALLY NEEDED WITH SUPER HIGH CLEARANCE FRONT BUMPERS LIKE THIS, BEST TO TEST FIT TO INSPECT & MARK WHERE TRIMMING IS NEEDED.
IF YOUR TRUCK IS A LIGHTER COLOR, SOME AREAS NOW EXPOSED AFTER THAT BIG BULKY BUMPER IS GONE MAY NEED BLACKING OUT TO AVOID SHOWING THROUGH.
(USE FLAT BLACK SPRAY PAINT, UNDERCOATING... AS NEEDED BEFORE FINAL BUMPER INSTALL)
DEPENDING ON BUMPER AND IF WINCH HAS TO BE INSTALLED FIRST, IT CAN BE VERY HEAVY, HELPERS CAN ALWAYS HELP HERE, A ENGINE HOIST USING STRAPS CAN BE USED TO ASSIST. FLOOR JACK & STANDS CAN BE USEFUL. HAVING A HELPER IS RECOMMENDED. 1/21

FFR FabWorks can not be held responsible nor do we accept liability for breakage or failure of parts. Aftermarket off-road parts and modifications are subject to extreme stress on the trail, It is the owner/ operator's responsibility to do safety checks on complete vehicle systems and parts before every trip and have all repairs or parts replaced by a trained professional. Be aware that certain modifications and installation of aftermarket parts can void your original dealer or vehicle warranty.
Do It Yourself "DIY" Beadlock Conversion, For Safety & Trouble Free Results, All Conversions Should Be Done By A Competent Welder/Fabricator With Proper Equipment & Experience Preparing & Welding Beadlocks.
Mounting Tires On Beadlock Wheels, Tire Mounting On Beadlock Wheels Should Done By A Professional With Beadlock Experience. Beadlock wheels are not DOT approved. Intended for off-road use.
FFR FabWorks does not ship through Exporters, third party re-shippers. We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders/ business submitted.
All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of boxes/pallet by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or lost goods, should be reported to the carrier.

BEADLOCK KIT Returns/ Warranty, FFR FAB Recommends Pre Fitment Of New Wheels To Your Vehicle Before Beadlock Conversions To Confirm Correct fitment. Backspace & Bolt Circle are Critical Measurements, ONCE BEADLOCKS ARE MODIFIED OR WELDED TO WHEEL RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please Contact Us With Any Fitment Questions.
Off-Road Beadlocks are subject to extreme stress on the trail & rocks, No warranty on completed beadlock conversion. Workmanship defects on FFR-FAB converted beadlocks will be covered on an individual basis. *No Warranty On DIY Beadlock Conversions.
Please contact us prior to returning any products. Product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in new unmodified, unwelded condition. Base wheels cannot be returned if modified or tire has been mounted. Custom items or custom design beadlock rings are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is responsibility of customer. Please contact us prior to returning any products. All returns must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside or a copy of the invoice inside. Any returns made without the necessary information to clearly identify the sender will be held for 15 days and then returned to stock.
Although many use beadlocks on road without problems, beadlocks are not approved for on highway use. Because of this we can not recommend them for street use. ALL AFTERMARKET BEADLOCKS except for a few expensive exceptions are not DOT approved.

NEVER LOOSEN OR REMOVE ANY BEADLOCK HARDWARE WHEN TIRE IS INFLATED
IF A BEADLOCK WHEEL IS DAMAGED, HAVE IT INSPECTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE IT'S PUT BACK IN USE
MOUNTING ANY TIRE OR WHEEL CAN BE DANGEROUS. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION IS RECOMMENDED
Beadlocks are inherently heavier than standard wheels and usually have larger heavier tires mounted. This means more unsprung weight,(wheels/tires/axles) often preferred for rock crawling & trail rigs. Beadlock wheels can be balanced like standard wheels but sometimes take more time to get good results. The top reasons for balancing issues with any heavy wheel/tire combo is the mass & quality of the tire itself and often the technicians lack of experience with balancing larger wheel & tire combos. Check around for shops with experience first. Alternatives to standard balancing are available.
When choosing your beadlock design & ring thickness, keep in mind, 3/16" thick rings and less bulky ring design like 'THIN RING' or 'GEAR LOCK' will be lightest weight & easiest to balance. Choosing a ring with a symmetrical design design also makes balancing easier.
ALTERNATIVE TO GENUINE BEADLOCKS, If your vehicle is a daily driver that does not often see the type of terrain genuine beadlocks are made for, Rock Rings (aka style rings) may be better choice. They strengthen outside lip of wheel while giving the wheel the "beadlock look" we offer many unique designs that dress up plain steel wheels. Custom Designs Available.
