Many products are built to order, (contact us to check current stock) build & ship times vary accordingly. Build times average 3-4 weeks for bumpers, contact us to check stock.

If the items ordered will take longer to build than expected, the customer will be contacted with an approximate ship date. All fabricated items are shipped directly from the manufacturer at the Livermore California location.
Orders may ship UPS or Truck Freight - *You may be contacted to check if your delivery location allows for truck delivery/ freight access. The shipping method used is solely up to the Manufacturer. *If your order needs to be shipped via Truck Freight and you do not have a business address to accept delivery, there is a convenient alternative. Often, there is a freight terminal relatively close to your residential location. Your order will be delivered to that terminal, they will contact you when the truck delivers to the secure terminal. A representative at the terminal will call and let you know your shipment is ready to be picked up at that location, most freight terminals are within an hour away from most metropolitan areas & have extended pickup hours.
Some items like Winches and LED Lighting Packages may ship separately from the manufacturer or be drop-shipped. The goal is always to try to have bumpers, winches and lights arrive at the same time when possible.
Shipping available to most locations in Canada via Truck Freight.
Separate from the shipping cost, it is the responsibility of the customer (or customer's shipping agent) to arrange and pay all applicable Customs and Duty Fees.

ALASKA, HAWAII & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
After initial Order Confirmation, Standard production orders may be canceled up to 36 hours after the order was placed as long as it has not been shipped. (A small processing fee may be deducted) CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED IF BUILD IS STARTED.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, The item(s) would need to be received and returned at your expense. All Returned Products are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee, Please see returns below. PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED IF ORIGINAL PACKAGING HAS BEEN OPENED
Contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. All items returned must be within 30 days of the date of purchase and must be shipped freight/UPS pre-paid - FFR FabWorks/ FFRBEADLOCKS is not responsible for shipping costs of returned items-PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED IF ORIGINAL PACKAGING HAS BEEN OPENED. Damaged returned Items will not be accepted, see SHIPPING Claims below. Ensure your products are packaged properly. Photocopy the original receipt for your personal records. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returned products. Refunds are issued the same method as the original payment used- Returns are processed as soon as the product is received back to our warehouse and inspected. Typically Credit Card refunds will appear on your statement within 3-5 days. There are no refunds or exchanges on any special ordered or custom items. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Prices, specifications, availability, and terms of offers may change without notice. Quantity limits may apply to orders, including orders for discounted and promotional items. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing, typography, or photography errors. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed. These terms apply only to ALL products sold by FFR FabWorks.
Despite best efforts, items on the website may, on rare occasions, be mispriced. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
All products that are fabricated have undergone thorough steps of quality control throughout the production, assembly, and packaging processes. FFR FabWorks offers no warranty on finishes and no items are refundable for an unsatisfactory finish. If any items are damaged in shipping, see UPS CLAIMS. Powder coat damage during shipping or installation is NOT COVERED.
FFR FabWorks is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. If a package appears to be damaged during shipping, the customer must notify the Truck driver/facility, UPS driver, or UPS facility immediately before opening and start a claim. FFR FabWorks will not warranty any damages caused during shipping. Failure to immediately notify freight company, UPS can result in a loss of recourse to the damaged items. Photo's of damaged packages before opening and inspecting products is highly recommended for UPS/FREIGHT Claims
FFR FabWorks warrants only parts and components that we manufacture or distribute to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle in which the products were originally installed. There is no warranty on any manufactured parts or components if they have been modified from their original design in any way. Copies of the original purchase receipt may be required to warrant any items. FFR FabWorks obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part at FFR FabWorks discretion. Components requiring warranty by outside suppliers may be subject to returning the item for inspection by the vendor. Each vendor's warranty policy applies to these items. This warranty does not include reimbursement for shipping of the product to or from FFR FabWorks and DOES NOT include any costs incurred during the downtime of the vehicle or any other consequential losses.
All backorders remain on file and will be shipped upon availability. Notify your sales representative if you do not wish to have back-ordered items held. All items are billed prior to shipment without notification
